What is your Christmas dinner menu?

Christmas dinner at our house will be:

Smoked turkey breast
Glazed ham
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Candied yams
Cornbread stuffing
Hot buttered buns
Green bean casserole

Olives (black and green), baby sweet pickles

Homemade apple pie with ice cream
Homemade pumpkin pie with whipped cream

Sounds delish!

Since my Dad passed, Mom has not had the desire to host, so I have been passed the torch the last 3 years.

Seriously considering having most of it catered this year except for the Turkey, orange ginger yams and home made cranberry sauce.

Prime rib
Mashed potatoes
Glazed Brussels sprouts with diced butter nut squash
Corn bread crab dressing
Salad
Pecan pie

I'm guessing it'll be something along the lines of either burgers or frozen pizza.

If we can find an open restaurant, maybe we'll do that.

Either way, it'll be low key.

I think you have to check with the one in your area.

Broke down and got a ham and sweet taters at the store today I'm stuck cooking it of course. I don't eat much ham as it'll set off migraines that last 3 days.
Throw some brown n serve rolls in and call it a meal.
I've been know to get some turkey banquet meals and cook those...

I’ll have to “guesstimate” measurements. It’s one of those recipes in my memory. I learned to make chicken and dressing from my Mom...adapted it to crab...I’ll try to put it to paper tonight.
