I always know when I hear the duck hunters shooting across the lake at dawn in Florida that fall is not far off. That's when all the recent New York and Conneticut azzhat transplants get on that Next Door smartphone app and scream about "gang activity" and "I moved here to get away from crime", etc.. Apparently never heard a 12 gauge before.

Cracks me up how people claim the 44 mag is no good for concealed carry because follow-up shots are a problem. First of all, it is no problem for me. Secondly, the odds greatly favor that not being necessary. Just sayin :D

Where I live, in September on opening day of Dove season I can hear the booming of shotguns from my house. The grape vineyards and fig orchards are close by. For awhile, I had an 'in' with a local farmer and could hunt his land every year. Not even 20 minutes from the house. I miss that.

There is still more out there. They've gone up in price a bit but still a great battle riFAL. :yesnod:

Ruger used to make a .480. Wanted one but availability was bad and they didn't produce them for long. Shooting that would've been all kind of fun for a recoil junkie like me.
