First leg- done. Up to The Zoo to see Baby Doll's 1982 Champion team get inducted into the UMass Hall of Fame. Big dinner, speeches by the various dignitaries, rings given out. After-party at The Hanger. Followed by tailgating at the Saturday football game and a private bar at the end zone during the game.

Great to meet up once again with a group of very special people.

My dad just offered me his 2004 Lincoln Town Car, and I told him that if I took it, my intention would be to clean it up to sell. I'm trying to decide if it will be worth it.

Value where my friend has a shop in NC is expected to be about $7000, and I'd give him 30% commission. My cost would be a plane ride to Floriduh, the drive back, and about two days labor.

That team stomped some arses, I enjoy lacrosse, has more contact that football allows these days, have a great trip, AND avoid the Ted Williams Tunnel, as under perpetual construction.

An optimist would view this as an opportunity, offer them a night to experience something different, of course only select the ones with a waist size under 40 inches.

Each practice ended with a 2-1/2 mile timed road run in hilly terrain, and many of the girls did a second sport in the fall semester. ;)
