C-6 cargo partition
 

Well I have been wanting to make a cargo partition with front storage place for my GS,And I know you can buy them for around $130 plus shipping but I like to build things myself. So I went by Lowes and bought a 1x12x6' piece of pine ,made a template and cut it out sanded and here it is http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/x...mage001-27.jpg tonight I will seal it and tomorrow I will cover it with black auto grade carpet. This weekend I will make the storage tray for the front of it.

I have the commercial one and love the added compartments to keep smaller items from rolling around.

That is what I want to do,make the compartments to hold CD's and loose stuff.

Made the C-6 emblem out of a piece of old stop sign and the gave it a brushed look.for the partition,I will take more pix tonight.http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/x...ps7a0b4121.jpg

Here is a picture of the finished package tray and partition,the center part will hold 10 CD's and there is a small tray that holds sunglasses,change, etc.I will get a better picture with it out of the car. http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/x...psf31e08ae.jpg
