This happened near where I live! Pissed they did not take her to jail! I hope the judge reams her ass when they go to court and throws her lawsuit out!

The only way I see that woman getting off is if she lost control of her bladder and peed during the arrest. Otherwise, the "bladder defense" isn't going to cut it.

Probably when they all started to get yelled at and accused of things they didn't do. This video will pretty much sum up her lawsuit.

Shoulda tased her in the bladder region, full power, then tased her in the face, then arrested her...

I hate these kinds of people that think they can just do whatever and use some kind of non existent health problem as an excuse. Like people that park in a handicapped spot and get out and walk in...no tag, no placard...and when questioned "Oh, I sprained my ankle yesterday, so its okay"....hell no.
