Light rain at the moment. Not much wind yet.

We might have wind gusts up to 30 mph tomorrow with rain. I might grille steaks. :seasix:

Elsa is a huge nothingburger for most of FL.

Where you are won't get much of anything until thursday but by then it will be normal afternoon storms.

In Jax it's supposed to be heavy storms all day tomorrow and Thursday though. If gusts get over 40MPH, they shut the bridges down so that will mean the college I work for closes until the storm passes.

My pool/spa are getting topped off for free. Supposed to see gusts in the 60-70 mph range (possibly) but we get that shit back at the PA compound all the time. meh

Oh, and me and Data are going bowling. (insert gratuitous ball jokes)

My parents previous neighbors (current house where I used to live) had two trees like that in between our houses on her their side of the property line. Part of the tree fell on our garage (no damage) but we did call insurance and left the tree up there for a few days. That forced them to do a survey and they determined the tree was rotten and should have been taken down. Good thing we kept all the emails to prove we complained about it multiple times. Guess who got the bill? Not mom and dad.

We had a nice storm roll in this afternoon. Heavy rain, heavy winds. We lost a few branches. Our neighbor across the street lost a few trees in his backyard. Lost power for a few hours.

West Clay and West Duval counties (my stomping grounds) are still under tornado and flood watched.
