Taste is very similar to liver, not the "strong liver taste" though. Texture similar to gizzards, but not real chewy like gizzards. Fried liver dip = Worcestershire sauce, catsup, black pepper, and Tabasco® I can def. smack some fried livers. :yesnod: |
