MIStreated myself yesterday.....
 

Serious , damnit.....went to the lo back/spine Doc a couple weeks ago, took Xrays and wrote it off, pains down right leg again, but not as bad as before....

so the same group practice called me back and set an appt. for yesterday, they flipped me over and shot 3 meds into my lo back on right side, like last time...and it's now really bad pain ......

NOT HAPPY AT ALL.....

Back pain is some debilitating shit. About 25 years ago I was hanging a 1 ton chainfall off an I-Beam. It was kind of in an odd spot that forced me to twist my upper body a bit to reach it. I felt the ****er go, like a stabbing pain.

Long story short, I ended up in a neurosurgeons office facing potential surgery to get the ruptured disc off the nerve.

I've been a lot more careful and aware of what I do since that day.

Damn man hope it lets up and soon. Back problems suck.

I have an extra lo vert lumbar region...spondalytis L6 they call it, supposed to have just 5 verts there......

on/off/extra care all my life.....PITA, literally setting long enough in my lounge chair here, eventually the pain will subside a bit, but right calf is numb....

How would you know you're alive without pain? Can't imagine that. But yeah, being able to stand up on demand is a nice feature.

Vague recollection of surgeon and me on that procedure, and he said it wood not work for me, too much cartilage worn too thin, and shit.....

so freezing a joint puts more load on others that don't have it, anymore.....
