That's great!! Hope they all will be home someday!:hurray:

Great... More unemployed for the unemployment lines.
I wonder if the actual soldiers are happy about it. I wouldn't joke about it if we actually needed them there. We obviously don't. |
My buddy just PCS'd from the Ansbach to El Paso last week. I think Id rather be in Germany.
|
I bet they most are being moved to somewhere in the Asian area.

The soldiers are still employed. And don't you think jobs will be created to support those over 6,000 soldiers now that they are home? Their paychecks will be spent stateside, in the US. American companies will be providing the food for the chow hall, fuel for the vehicles, and everything else that's required to garrison troops anywhere. Why do you think Germany is so pissed about this? All the German companies that service these troops are going to lose business. It's going to hit them in the pocket book, and Germany will lose jobs, creating more unemployment.....in Germany. Also, one area the left and libertarians USED to have in common was bringing troops home and not starting new wars. Well, Trump has started no wars, is trying to end others, and is bringing troops home. Why are you suddenly opposed to troops coming home now? Obvious troll is obvious. |

USAEUR went to a 3 star HQ and USARPAC went to a 4 star HQ. Forces came with that as well. I was there (USARPAC) when the shift happened. 1SG(ret) :yesnod: |

He is oblivious on military and foreign policy aspects. He did go on vacation a couple of times though. :funnier::spdchk: |

There's a Border Patrol museum in El Paso, and a small, but interesting, natural history museum in the area as well. It also goes without saying that there are plentiful places to get great Tex Mex and good Mexican food. |

It appears that I have to vote for the candidate that will hurt the USA less instead of voting for a candidate that I prefer. Ya, Trump is my hero for saving the troops. He is fk'n with the drug companies. Yay... Other than that, he's a total fk'n joke of a clown that could GAFF about the constitution. |

Are you pissed that Trump's 'all of the above' approach to energy policy has made the US not only energy self sufficient, but a world exporter of energy? Are you pissed that Trump's 'First Step Act' let a bunch of liberal drug criminals out of jail, in the interest of fairness in sentencing? Pissed Alice Johnson is a free woman today? Maybe you hated the tax cuts. I mean, who wants to deal with the responsibility of having to figure out how to spend more of their own money? Maybe what really pisses you off is those 250+ miles of border wall he's put up. Maybe you're upset that the illegal alien caravans have finally been stopped. Pissed that illegal aliens aren't getting in, because American citizens need to have a harder time getting a job? You must be really pissed that Trump has also cut legal immigration, and forced those seeking entry to demonstrate that they are and will be self sufficient. Infuriating! I know you've got to be apoplectic that Trump prevented the hated St. John's Church from being burned to the ground, and you know, **** that courthouse in Portland. It's got to be infuriating knowing that Trump is making sure that doesn't burn like so much of the rest of Portland has. Maybe you're pissed that Trump reduced greenhouse gas emissions more than any other country, proportionally, without ****ing over our industry and at the same time, dropping out of the Paris Climate Accords. Yeah, making the Euroweenies look bad probably would piss many people off. Yes, I can see the horrific damage Trump has done to our country. But with all that bad stuff, surely you can admit that at least he banned bump stocks, |

Trump probably has 6 months left as President. Biden will probably stop the move.
If Trump wins a second term at his 2nd Inauguration he will probably call Putin up to him and give him the keys to the USA, so Europe won't matter. :shots: |

Didn't say he was firing them, just getting some back home and deploying others elsewhere. |
