Costco ran this unit on sale so I picked one up.

One of the biggest fears you can have for your house is a water leak. This recognizes a leak and will shut off the main automatically. Really easy install if you can do plumbing. The app is pretty cool as well.

Well, that thing looks pretty cool, but I'm not sure it's intended to monitor a house like I've got. That sumbiatch would be sweat'n trying to keep up with all the fixtures I've got in this place. :D
