Btw- I’m sick of this texture finish chit. New house will be slick true level 4/5 finish. I may even spray equalizer and sand the entire surface.

Yeh, this house had some stupid textured ceilings, and years ago, I had another layer of rock put over the old crap, crown molding, and in the kitchen it's been filled in a good bit and painted over so it looks much smoother....:dance:
