Week 2 GameDay Thread

Week 1 started things off right.* We saw some crazy upsets and of course a defensive classic between Top 5 ranked Clemson and UGA.

There are some fantastic early season rivalry games this week.* Air Force vs. Navy on CBS, and of course Iowa and Iowa State tangle for the Cy-Hawk trophy on ABC.

GAME OF THE WEEK:* #12 Oregon @ #3 Ohio State

Ohio State looked strong on the road against a very tough Minnesota squad.* Game went as one would expect, tough early on, but eventually Ohio State's talent pulling away at the end of the game.* Great 1st experience for freshman QB C.J. Stroud.* Oregon got all they could handle in Week 1 at home from Fresno State and won by a TD.* Oregon's star DE and potential #1 Draft Pick next year Kayvon Thibodeaux left the game with a leg injury, and remains day-to-day.* Would be a huge loss for Oregon if he can't go and provide pressure against an outstanding offensive line for the Buckeyes.* UCLA's win over LSU was impressive, but with a win in this game not only would Oregon catapult themselves into playoff contention, but also elevate the PAC-12 as a whole and help any PAC champion's playoff hopes.

LSU has back to back tough games at home against McNeese St. and Central Michigan. That should keep Ed Orgeron's job safe

And Bryant-Denny stadium will be packed with over 100,000 people to see Alabama play Mercer. Where the Fk is Mercer? Pretty sad when this is your biggest sporting event in your state. Or you can go watch fAU play Alabama St. at Jordan-Hare Stadium in front of 87,000 people. :woohoo: :spdchk:

Coastal Carolina game is about to come on ESPN 2.
