Healthy Ranch
 

In my new found quest for eating better, I stumbled upon this.

1 tub Low fat cottage cheese.
1 pack of ranch mix.

Blend. I used a little milk to adjust for consistency.

1st try was a little runny, but I was shocked how good the ranch taste was as opposed to using sour cream or mayo.

I'd guess looking at the Greek yogurt thread, that would make a good base as well. I may try.

Huh. That's an interesting approach.
