DAMNIT CAT!!!

:sadangel:

Diddly is about 13 y/o, and early this PM hit the can, had shoes on, and so when done, noticed a wet spot on the leg of my cut offs......WTF, thought maybe something outside so changed shorts thought nothing of it.....

went to can a few minits ago....bare feet rugs wet...soaking, cat piss smell.....

lovely....outside with soap and let to drain/dry for rugs, wash my feet off, clean bathroom floor and block door off with laundry basket....

lovely....at least it wasn't the living room wall/wall or elsewhere.....DAMNIT!!!

Told wife if that keeps up again....cat gotta GO, she agreed.....:sadangel::issues:

Cat might have a kidney infection, get it checked out :yesnod:

Yes. Usually when they suddenly start peeing outside their box, it’s a sign of something wrong. Might be kidneys. Might also be that he’s older and can’t get into the box that easily. Take him to the vet to get checked out.

Yep, as mentioned. If they're peeing 'style' changes to something like that, kidney issue or a Urinary Tract Infection.

As we have seen Grumpy Cat died from complications from a UTI... it can be fatal if untreated or progresses to far before treatment.

:iagree:

We have had older cats that started peeing outside the box that were diagnosed with kidney problems.

OK, looks like time to scoop a kitty and to the vet.....
