If this doesn't scare you..(political)

Then nothing will. Pretty soon, we will all be blue states because of concentrations of liberals.

Yup, we are screwed.....:sadangel:

How did your states turn out?

All that was proven in the last Georgia election, at least as far as governor is concerned is that Kemp's influence is ever so slightly greater that Stacey's where voter manipulation is concerned. Both sides should be ashamed of themselves about the way they ran their campaigns but at least the voters knew how vile they both are before they went to the polls. I believe Mr. Kemp is the lesser of 2 evils here so I for one am happy with the result... but the air still stinks here.

Not really. There is nothing new here. My grandma, who was born in 1906 said the same things 45 years ago about her entire life as a die-hard Republican. While it will never be "perfect" the rabid liberals of today will never eliminate everyone else. No matter what.

With their support of abortions, you'd think their numbers would be dropping, not increasing.

Nothing new here either. If they could have indoctrinated all kids everyone alive today would be a flaming liberal. Again, my grandmother who graduated from high school in 1925 talked about how the teachers all had their heads stuck up their asses. I walked the halls of that same high school 56 years after both she and my grandfather did and it was still the same. Liberal teachers who thought they knew it all but actually led highly sheltered lives and did not understand how things really work. Now, having said that, about 43% of teachers do not consider themselves liberal but being in the vast minority they don't go against the paradigm and keep their views private.

Over 50% of the American public are net takers from the taxpayers. Add in local, state and Federal employees and those of us who pay for the country are the minority. The takers will keep voting for more free shit and sooner or later we will go bust.

California was a Republican stronghold in presidential elections from 1952 until 1992. During this period, the Republicans won California in every election except the election of 1964. In these years, the GOP regularly nominated Californians as presidential candidates: Richard Nixon in 1960 and 1972, and Ronald Reagan in 1980 and 1984. Since then however, the Democrats have carried the electoral rich state since 1992. The immigration of Hispanic Americans and Asian Americans and migration of northern liberals, who tend to vote Democratic, and the flight of white, middle and upper-middle class suburbanites out of the state shifted the balance in favor of the Democratic Party.

But now it's worse as the Democrats have a super majority and an idiot governor now who will spend the surplus we have. I did not like Jerry Brown who retired, but at least Jerry was able to stop some of the wacky legislation that these liberals proposed. My big complaint on Jerry - the train to nowhere.

California and NY are lost causes as are many other states. This is not going to end well for anyone.:sadangel:
