"Clubroom" Redo

4 Attachment(s)
I spend a good bit of my time out in the "clubroom", didn't want to loose my sitting area to another vehicle, so with trial and error, I finally figured out how to make a 3 bay area into a 4 vehicle area.

Needed the angles so that I don't have to move another car to get in or out, this is going to work. My garage doors are 10' wide, so have plenty of room to drive in at an angle. It's a little tighter than I want, have done this before with babysitting others Vettes, but I can live with this. :D

No can do, that's what I had for a while. Wanted an older Vette to play with, and I do enjoy scootin' around in the C3, C7 is the trip or long distance driver, honey has to have her own, and the P/U for errands, tri-weekly trips to the transfer station to dump trash and junk.

You don't have weekly trash pickup at the curb?? we/I haul the cans down to the curb every Wednesday.....and USED to do the same for BUYcicle stuff too, but what with all the mess up's in the .gov recently, we have stopped the recycling in Clay Co. Fl......and so all that paper/etc....metal/glass/plastic goes to the silly dump now, instead of the BUYcycle plants fairly close by......:confused5: used to curbside pick it up every Tuesday

Curb side pick up, hell no, I don't have any curbs. I live in a rural area zoned farming and have a 50 mph road out front. Besides, the commercial trash company limits to 1 can for trash and 1 can for re-cycled, and at $22 a month they can go pound sand.

I have a county transfer station 5 minutes from me and costs me $7.50 for up to a 1000 lbs of trash. Most of my loads are under a 120 lbs, about once every three weeks, I can live with that.

somehow, we manage with my chevy truck (also used for bring trash to the transfer station, about 8 miles away), and Linda's Subaru.....it's hard, but we endure....

$30 plus a month here for two cans. Just two of us so, load 1-2 bags and a bin of recycle once every week or two (depending if kids came to swim) and make a ~8 mile trip to county recycle center …. F em all

Just like anything else, when you build a structure thinking it will be big enough.......nope, once you start filling it up with.....stuff.....then you find out it ain't big enough. :D

First - all SUV's and Pickup trucks can stay outside where they belong. Problem solved.

Oh no, that ain't gonna happen, the honey may have a word or two to say about that, happy wife, happy life. I like clean vehicles, they don't stay clean sitting outside. I still have room, I can squeeze a fifth car in there if necessary. :D

Good way to end up with pack rats making a nest in your engine compartment.

Every car I've ever owned (except for the '71 Vert) has stayed outside and have never had any rats, mice, racoons, squirrels etc. make a nest in any part of my vehicles.
SUV's AND PICKUP TUCKS ARE FOR OUTSIDE USE ONLY.
Of course you can do what you want. To me putting them in a garage is a waste of space.
