Repair of seat bolster air lines.

I just purchased a '94 Polo Green convertible. Everything works except for the bolster on the drivers side. Lumbar is all operational, but the side bolster on the left side does not inflate. Has anyone ever repaired one of these and is it a difficult task? Thanks.
