The GM exec we talked with at the NAIAS said that all C7's would have a spoiler; just that the Z51 package came with a different style of spoiler.

I still question - though - if I heard him correctly or not...

I don't know if the red one on the pic "technically" has some sort of spoiler... or if it was one of the pre-production attempts at seeing how it looked without one.
