Last day of the County Fair today.
 

And that means Boat Races!

Just got home from them. Best one I've seen yet. They either changed the rules, or never had much rules to begin with about just what exactly constitutes a boat. Lots of cars dragging jet skis, kayaks, even a few paddle boats. So faster racing this year.

Right around 2:10 the guy may have been trying to get out of there. He was signaling right. :leaving:

6:00 the random jet ski all by itself. Intact, no less. :funnier:

In theory, yes, but sometimes the race is stopped with a few still intact because there are so many disabled cars on the track with people inside that it becomes a safety thing. The crowd then "votes" with applause and cheering to pick the winner.

Last night some guy ran the whole race with his left hand turn signal on. This should be a requirement for NASCAR.:D

Fun is fun, but here's the kind of serious racing I'd like to see at my local track:
