I apologize for posting Corvette pics, especially mine, I can not keep up with the political content of today, the in-house banter between the veteran members here and have just an all around malaise I've acquired recently, seems like the only thing that piques my interest now is hanging with the honey, the family, some good meals, some restful sleep (rare), and hanging with my Corvette enthusiast's crowd.

This is what I stay busy with and enjoy.

I was going to remove the lettering on the headlight lid, thought it was tape, but looking a little closer, that is hand painted on, so it stays.

Front end has some small damage that will be taken care of at my local body shop in a few weeks.



Did some light buffing with a mild detail compound to remove some light angel hair haze, came out nice if I do say so myself. :D

Looking pretty damn sharp. Leave the hand painted artwork, it's part of the story

It has aged gracefully, and is in one of my favorite colors (note my avi). I am jealous.

Nice but please get rid of that Corvette tattoo. UGLY IMO

Looks good, it'd be difficult to remove the corvette script painted on without damage or being obviously removed. I may have kept a small can of white touch up paint in the car for the nose of mine...

There's actually a 3" deep crack in the rubber bumper, previous owner said someone backed into it while parked. Easily fixable.

Mr Norm, If I ever hit the publisher's clearing house lotto :D, I'm gonna make you a ridiculous offer for that beautiful car. My favorite body, ext. color, and favorite interior color. Congrats on such a beautiful car. :cert:

Norm, you do not need to apologize for post pics of your beautiful Corvette. You do, however, need to apologize for whenever you post C7 taillights. :yesnod: :D

Jimmeney Xmas, enuff shine on that car, to blind the camera.....but the color just makes me remember the color on my car when I bought it, NICE burgundy same as yours......but after some 20 years and some careless/stupid parking lot crap....I had it repainted, and changed to green....oh well.....

I enjoy the vette pictures. Perspective, I don't have a corvette, most likely never will, stories & pictures keep me coming back. Great work
