They still run plenty of 1970's era Grumman POS's around here. They constantly break down. I just don't understand how they keep those antiques running, or why.

First one looks like something a kid put together with Legos.

Millions of taxi drivers can't be wrong. They should go with the Ford.

I live rural and every PO driver in the area uses their own cars/SUVs. They say they make out better using their own (Normally 4x4) vechicle to get around with in the winter. It appears the PO also pays them much better in the long run that if they used issued PO vechicles.

Their all very good driving on the passenger side. My driver has a run of over 20 miles. WE normally get our mail between 11.30 and 1PM. Any big packages that do not fit the box he drives up the 1/4 mile hill to where we live.

Jeep sells a Wrangler that is fitted with right-hand drive. I've seen mail carriers use those.

Nope, regular vechicles left hand drive! They all drive different vechicles.

Are you disputing my claim that Jeep builds a Wrangler that has right hand drive? :bigears:

I think he is saying that the mail carriers in his area do not drive right hand drive Jeeps, not disputing that those aren't available at all stateside.

I would bet they are available, but being so low volume, they would probably be really expensive compared to the much bigger mass market left hand drive Jeeps.

Nope! I'm just telling you that any rural carrier I have seen up here drives their own personnel owned vechicle from the right side and none are Wranglers.

FWIW they drive dam good on the passengers side.

Our local carrier had a right hand drive Wrangler for a while. She's got some kind of minivan now.
