We have zeroed in on Lewes.

This was a 3 day Intel trip mixed with pleasure so it was basically a hit & run.
Now I have to get back, close on the house sale tomorrow, get the fil's house ready to sell, and go back to work

Indeed. I used to hate winter and the change of seasons here in Grand Rapids. It really doesn't bother me like it used to. However, I am getting to the stage in life where I am thinking about spending part of the year in Florida. The big thing that holds me back from being a full-time resident of that state is the hurricane season.

Hurricanes are not that bad. When you are going to get hit by a big one you have enough time to run.

Just a FYI for you gun toters. DE is open carry if you desire, no papers, but not done too often, this is not Texas. Most likely will be challenged by LE types, but no wants or warrants, have a nice day.

Concealed carry permits through the roof here, you gotta clean record.....you gotta permit.

Purchasing firearms, clean record, permanent resident, you're walking out the door the same day.

Dems are trying to change that to make harder though. Upper DE, dems, slower lower DE, pubs.
