Splain me - Keystone
Can someone tell me what the Federal government's role in the pipeline is? Isn't it possible for each state to circumvent the government by allowing the pipeline through their individual state all along the path?
Is it on Federal land? Can the land be bought back from the Feds? :island14: |

Check The Constitution .. The power /rights of the Federal Government are strictly limited . AFAIK . All 'agencies' , 'bureaus' etc . can only operate with the consent of each state they operate in . So ; the EPA , BLM etc. could in theory be barred from states if they wished to do so YMMV..:seasix: |

What sucks is that when Trump's economy was thriving, Dems that hated him benefited from it. Biden's failures likewise are shared by us all. I want him to fail, but that's only going to hurt me too, so I have to hope the damage is minimal.
