Finally got the barge in the canal and the dredging has started! :hurray: To make it even better, they had to remove a few of my neighbors pilings to get the barge into the canal. They worked out a deal between themselves so Im completely out of the picture and wont be giving any of my cash in the deal...:D

Nope, not true at all. Even when just pulled out and dumped on the ground, only has a very faint smell of sulfur. Clears up within a day...:yesnod:
