Another Reason Biden Should Loose

Sent to me by a veteran friend.

This is why the military usually hates the politicians.
You know Joe is all about what is best for the Country.

IN CASE YOU FORGOT............About Joe Biden -

During WW2 our submarines could dive to a depth of 350 feet. The
Japanese believed around 150 feet was their depth limit and would set
their depth charges to that depth or less.
Then a US Congressman, Andrew May, visited Pearl Harbor and when he
got home told the media “our subs can dive to 350 feet.”
Most of the subs we lost during WW2 were lost after the Congressman
shot his mouth off.

Moving forward to current times, read this and never forget this about
Joe Biden:

When he was the Vice President, he did the most unthinkable thing for
a man in his position.

He revealed the unit that killed Bin Laden on May 3 2011, at a
national event in Washington, Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. did
the unthinkable - He publicly revealed the identity of the
special-operations unit responsible for bin Laden’s killing, just to
show that he "is in the know”.

His reckless action put at risk the lives of every member of Seal Team
6. The Taliban and other jihadists eager to avenge bin Laden now knew
which unit to target.

Stunned and shocked, Seal Team Six members immediately realized they
were going to be hunted by al Qaeda sympathizers.

Soon after Biden’s reckless idiotic speech, an American CH47 Chinook
was shot down by a rocket propelled grenade in the Tangi Valley,
Maidan Wardak Province, Afghanistan, all 38 aboard were killed
including most if not all of Seal Team Six, this incident became known
as Extortion 17.

After Biden had let the identification out, and before the Chinook was
shot down, members of Seal Team 6 had called their families and told
them to wipe out all connection to them, including social media, and
disassociate themselves as far away from them as possible because they
too would be in grave danger as the Taliban would attempt to find them
in retaliation.
It is easy enough to look up the information yourself as well.

So, Joe revealed the unit, and signed the death warrants of America's
finest warriors and never looked back.

And the scary part of it is that if that fool is elected he will have our nuclear codes and his finger on our nuclear arsenal.

As much as I agree with the sentiment, the article is fake news. The shoot down of Extortion 17 didn’t involve the same unit that was on the UBL raid. While the loss of life was tragic and hits close to home personally, it was nowhere near “all of Seal Team 6.”

I lost a lot of friends that day. I’d had some of them over to the house for a BBQ and drinks not too long before this happened. While I agree with the post, it’s simply not true. Extortion 17 was an immediate reaction force enroute to help some Rangers and there is no indication the shooter knew who was on the helo at the time.

I understand and agree with your point about validity, it's the Biden big mouth "I know shit blabbering idiot" I have a problem with. Obviously there are some folks in the know and personal recollections be told, but op sec restrictions will always cast doubt about the true stories, and for good reason.

This thread was not meant to cast any aspersions on the troops but to mainly get the word out about Biden's inability to lead.

You're preaching to the choir. And to a handful who don't want to listen (the Orange Man Bad crowd).

Most of us agree that we dislike it when the Democrats spread fake news. That’s why I feel it’s hypocritical when we do. I don’t disagree with the sentiment, but I also feel we are guilty of the same thing we accuse them of doing, which is to perpetuate half-truths and flat out lies.

Post of the year

All of the stupidity that I have been posting in the political threads leading up to today could have been posted by the other side.Actually, it was, for the other candidate. It's a pity that only a few here got my point.
That being said, I just couldn't resist jerking some chains when the claws came out.
It's just ridiculous the lengths people will go to for their candidate.

I agree, the perpetuating of half truths is done constantly by both sides, however sometimes you can not separate the truth from fiction, and as you know, even fact checked or recorded in links, has it's fall backs as well, especially on social forums as this.

Who fact checks the facts checkers? Sometimes you just don't know what to believe and take it with a grain of salt. It's always up to the individual to believe what they want.

I have been enlightened by subsequent statements after the original post relative to what happened, and am thankful for that.

And let me be clear. I voted for the person who most closely aligns with my morals, values and belief system. I don’t vote based upon a candidate’s personality. I actually think all politicians have unfortunate personalities and none of them will be invited to my house for a BBQ any time soon.

So a vote for Trump is a vote for adultery and having children out of wedlock.

In that respect, Democrats have absolutely no room to talk... don’t add fuel to that fire because NO politician goes unscathed in the *****ery* department, starting with our own founding fathers.

I detest politics and politicians and am no fan of Biden. However, you can scarcely blame Biden for what happened to Extortion 17. Personally, I would be loathe to give him the credit. Naval Special Warfare Development Group pretty much outed themselves as soon as they started writing books about their exploits, and the killing of UBL, as well as doing product endorsements and consulting for video games.

Extortion 17 hit me especially hard because on 6 August, 2011, I was with a couple of close friends when our phones starting ringing simultaneously. All of us knew most of the personnel who were aboard the Chinook that went down and we had seen them just before they deployed downrange. One of the assigned troop had come home for a family emergency and it was “D” who broke the news to us. For the next 48 hours, “D” reported back from the Command to tell us the bad news as the casualty count mounted. It was a terrible few months, and in some cases, worse for the survivors. “D” who wasn’t on the helo because of a family emergency had to attend every SEAL funeral of his shipmates, all the while suffering from survivor’s guilt of his own.

So whatever anyone says about Biden, leave his name out of this one.....
