I can't eat the traditional Tgiving meats of turkey or ham, so I did filet mignon instead...but with the rest of the usual trimmings (mashed creamer potatoes, marsala peppercorn gravy, chopped salad w/yellow tomatoes, corn, apples & bacon, and cranberry sauce).

I did Cornish Hen instead of a small turkey.

My parents did Cornish hens for Tgiving since it was just the two of them this year...I may do the same or a small roast chicken for Xmas this year. :seasix:

Turkey.....gamey? first time I've ever heard that before. Too bad, it's one of my favourites, especially for sandwiches. :sneaks:
