I paid 7 grand for my '72 vert with hardtop......in '95, it was very clean and totally functional.....and being an old show car, I had a purrfect candidate for a hotrod/modification project, witch it has been since....

My ability to pull the trigger on such a buy is still limited by crossing the finish line with GWiz at GT. August 2019 is that finish line....then I have a LOT of discretionary income. :yesnod:

Not this guy..I do think it would be worth the investment though. If I had the space, and actually felt like working on another old car, I would probably be all over it.

Same. I've restored plenty of cars in the past...it's tough to be a one man show when you get old though. I tinker with small things on my truck and that's it.

It's a hop and skip from me and I love the last year chrome bumper...but, it needs EVERYTHING.

There is a sweet '78 Pace Car coming up at a local estate sale this w/e. But, I know the auctioneer and he plants shill bidders. Love a pace car though.

I didn't think it would take long to be sold. A super straight body goes a long way on those cars.
