Grilled Roast beef
Pepper/ spices. Set in pan, cover, on counter for 2-3 hours.
Hot grill, sear all sides. Place in aluminum pan, turn down grill temperature to 325F Cook until internal temperature is 113F (30-60 minutes) Cover pan with aluminum foil, and place in well insulated cooler. Cover with towels for more insulation then close the cooler. Rest for one hour. Perfect rare. |
