Road Trip complete
 

All the way to Hood River OR and back. About 5500 miles in the Porch Makin'. Wyoming was amazing. Kansas: beautiful and highly underrated. Went to a wedding across the Columbia River in Washington State, looking straight a Mt. Hood. The only thing more beautiful was the bride. :seasix:

Well it's actually Bakersfield but Fresno is more prestigious.

Bakersfield has more $$$ than Fresno. Lots of old-time oil money and agriculture.

When I moved to Fresno from Oakland 20 years ago, it felt like I moved back to America.
Hard workers, solid family values, nice neighborhoods. And mostly conservative, although that's changing due to the indoctrination in schools. Despite looking like shitholes from hwy 99, Fresno and Bakersfield have some really nice areas and features. The biggest downside is that they are still in CA, and governed by a narcissistic, power-drunk moron who needs to trip in front of a train.
