It's done all the time. Most of the time nothing bad happens. They really don't care much about the test cars as long as nobody gets hurt in the course of normal business. Criminals wouldn't have recourse if they got hurt.

The ONE thing to remember about Detroit. Where it's bad, it's REAL bad. There are areas(pockets) where it isn't bad to visit for an event. Greektown, Cobo, Belle Isle, and.......gimme a minute......:leaving:

Leave Detroit and it gets better real fast in the suburbs, where most live.
