So, it’s down in the low 50s and I’m wearing trousers for the first time since spring

yeah, I gotta put on my jeans for the first time since April.

I would still be wearing my shorts but wife bitches so it's easier to put on dungarees.....I said that because it's as old sounding as trousers :lol:

I was a career Marine, and we only had trousers. Pants were for slimy civilians, and dungarees were for sailors.

I was indoctrinated that we couldn't wear jeans. It was easy to spot a Marine officer out of uniform. We always wore polo shirts, khakis, and topsiders.

Well, it's 36 degrees here today, and I'm wearing shorts.
Have to go to rehab on the knee today (Ruptured quadraceps tendon),
and I wear a brace set at 70 degrees bend max.
Once I get home, I'll take off the brace and put on some jeans.
Will probably be around 30 degrees by then.
2-3 more months of this shit.
