Old club buddy contacted me said "you want this? If not I'm going to chuck it." Oh hell yeah, I'll take it, some sand blasting, powder coat red, and some teak, will make a nice bench around the homestead.

red....you have to paint the metal red.

It will get powdercoated red.

Getting there, on the hunt for some teak wood. Letters will be painted white, gonna take me a bit.

What size teak do you need and how many pieces?

Prices on teak are/were crazy.
Here's some pix of a pandemic project I did back in summer 2020
(during the height of lumber prices).
I used maple to replace the rotting Vietnamese wood planks on this swing
with a similar metal frame.
Maple was pricey, but about 1/10th the price of teak (I'm no baller)
Natural finish coated with spar varnish.

Looks nice! Haven't went shopping yet, have a place in mind locally, just have to get down there. I won't be needing that much, but I suspect it will be pricy.

What you see in the old pics for pieces, have not measured yet, looks to be about 5' wide.
