The state of California issues an annual award to 12 "businesses and government entities" that it deems have done an excellent job in reducing pollution, blah, blah, blah. Totally ****ing stupid award.

Where I work won the award this year, along with a high school, THE CITY OF SACRAMENTO, and a few other worthless government offices. :rofl:

How was the award achieved?

Did they give you a jar of Bean-O or something?

I'm not sure anyone outside of the council that picks the finalists knows.

They simply won it by having me travel out of state more. :yesnod:

HOW they award it?? simple, same way they award other .gov contracts, from roads to schools to whatever.....

toss all the names in a hat/bag and get some stupid .gov overweight squeeling pig secretary to draw the winners.....

and I not kidding one damn bit.....
