just checked on PP, even if I select "send to a friend", they want to charge me a fee of $1.75 on a fifty dollar transaction. could be because my PP balance is zero, and i'm using a credit card.

Venmo is best now days for paying person to person. I use PayPal for Bitcoin changes mostly now days but can still accept payments there as well.

don't have Venmo.

rarely use PP, but have it for when people want to send me money for something i've made for them. normally keep it at zero balance. once in a while, can use it to buy stuffs online that don't take credit cards, as I can use my credit card in lieu of keeping a balance.
