It's a legit iOS system message, not a popup being generated by this forum.. Assuming you have iOS saving your passwords for autofill at login, it's warning you that particular password might be compromised, and/or you're using that same password on multiple websites or apps.
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Passwords, then tap on Security Recommendations, and review the list of things it found.
If your email/username/password (or some combo thereof) has been compromised in a data breach and Apple found that on a public-accessible database, you'd be wise to heed that warning and change that password ASAP.
