My walking has increased significantly since I got Turbo 2½ years ago 🐕

Sunday FunDay consists of a lot of walking and/or swimming.

Nothing but the best for my little buddy :cool1:

It's not about fitness.....have you not seen dozens of pics of my girlish figure :funnier:

I love my dog & I love my beachside town. Win/Win :cool1:

PS- I don't have any cookies.
Steak & vegetables....yes! :fruit:

2.5 miles every other day, regardless of the temperature, been doing it for years -- athough I had a severe backache for 3 months this winter, so didn't walk. However, I started up again last month.

Today was spectacular, nary a cloud in the sky, temp around 35°.

It was chilly here this evening with the ocean breeze so I wore a jacket.

First, she talked you into marriage.

Second, she made you sell the Harley.

Now you hardly leave the house 🤯

Blink twice if you need help!
Google is always watching :funnier::cert:

Most of us aren't on house arrest.

IMHO Cali is the best state re: terrain.

You can go boating & scuba diving in the morning & go skiing & snowmobiling later that day.

Unfortunately, I view it as one of the worst states as liberals have destroyed it.

But the Liberal's here don't affect you from boating scuba diving skiing and snowmobiling. Just like Joe Biden doesn't affect what you do in Florida.

Don't get me started.

California has gone to shit!

Illegals
High taxes
Rampant crime

...to mention a few issues.

Yeah, Newsome is doing a great job :spdchk:

It Varies ~

That Heatlh Thing on the Phone Tracks it ~

Miles ~ some a days moar Miles than others ~

If I had Leg Humping Dog ~ Suppose it'd be even moar Miles

Despite my GSD being 12 years old, who can't run around at all anymore, she still craves two long walks per day. I figure I walk with her 20+ miles per week, plus I usually run about 15 miles per week nowadays. That's another way of saying that this belly I have is NOT from lack of exercise.
