Help!

I have been searching and searching online for hours, and I can’t find the video clip I want. In Apocalypse Now, there is a scene where Martin Sheen asks Frederick Forrest why everyone calls him “Chef”. His story is almost exactly what happened to a friend in New Orleans. He has never seen Apocalypse Now, and I wanted to send him that scene to enjoy.
Can any of you folks help out? Thanks!

Sounds like he is called "Shep" to me in a different clip. And in another scene, a different guy sounds like he is saying "Chef".
