Last time I did this was with leftover Super Bowl chili. This time from leftover corona virus pulled pork.

On the Border chips, pig meat, onion, black bean salsa, smoked jalapeño, mild and xsharp cheddar, scallions, homemade bourbon bbq sauce.

NICE GARF!!

I'm not a fan of anything but ground beef on nachos but that still looks great!

Love nachos especially shredded meat nachos! Those look lovely. I have a two phase method that is my thing. If anyone wants more info let me know.

Never knew it was a thing til we tried it at this local bbq joint. Did a turkey and sausages that day too. We are eating way too good through this BS.

OK for you Yankees it's called Barbecue not "pulled Pork"!

Pulling pork is something that Maddy and Rikidiki do when their wives are not around!:yesnod:

I don’t have a two-phase method, but I did learnt something. When building the platter, put a layer of cheese on half the chip pile, then the rest of the chips, toppings, and more cheese. Bake at tree fiddy about 10 min for gooey’r awesomeness.

We call that "Cowboy nachos" in our house.

We use pulled chicken, and similar throw down you have. Assemble and melt the cheese over in the oven, add on sour cream etc.

SOOOO good!
