Sour Cream/Cinnamon Coffee Cake
 

So far everyone that has tried this likes it. Enjoy.


Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

2 Cups Sugar
2 sticks Margarine
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
Cream sugar and melted margarine
Add Eggs beating well
Add Sour Cream and Vanilla
Stir in sifted Flour, salt, and Baking Powder
Pour ½ mix into floured tube pan (I use the spray flour)
Sprinkle ½ to topping on batter
Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the topping.
Bake for 1 hour
