A month ago this past weekend...
...I brought home a brand new 2011 135i. Y'all probably saw the thread. Now look at it...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...W/b9f6aaf2.jpg That's not a reflection of the ground, it's really covered in brown dirt... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...W/13d3bea0.jpg Break-in period? We don't need no stinkin' break-in period! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...W/c470714e.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...W/479e10e3.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...W/6224a0b5.jpg Was at an instructor clinic this past weekend having some skid pad fun. Don't worry, it's all sparkling clean again. :) Tank of gas - $45 Car wash - $20 Putting a 1 month old Bimmer sideways on a wet skid pad - Priceless |
Take it back.

Is this your first black car sweetie? Better get used to it.
 |
Still a great looking car, even covered w/ dirt. I never understood people who buy a vehicle and won't drive it for fear of getting it dirty. But then again, I drive a Jeep ...........

Black is not a color, it is a career.

Both black cars look good even with a little dirt on them! :seasix:

So after almost a year...how do you like it? Would you still buy a new one?

Love it!

I've been taking it to instructor clinics and autocrosses and have had a blast...car is very tossable, zippy (gotta love the sound of the twin scroll turbo). A great handler on tight courses. 6 piston brakes stock! :hurray: On road courses though I still prefer the vettes... |
I had a 71 2002 and I think it was still one of the most fun to drive cars I have ever had.
