Other side of town , NE corner, I outside Duvall Co./City of Jax, in Clay Co on the SW corner....but the issue AFAIK is here too, some years ago a bunch of homeless in the woods/lo spot off the major highway here rt21....not heard of them recently, but I suspect they still there....:dance::issues:

Living in El Segundo for 1 more month, then back to CO. I've lived everywhere in the South Bay from Hollywood Riviera north, in each of the beach cities, and now that I'm old Mayberry is the sweet spot.
