I have to admit I not watched the vid......BUT the story I remember is that he was the back seat of the cruiser, and somehow got out......unsure of he was cuffed or not.....but either way...THAT right there is reason enuff for him to be pinned/restrained.......so the guy fought hard on drugs, and the cop stayed on him, the guy relaxed and the cop thought the fight was gone, no thought to the drugs Floyd was on......
