It's currently 32° here, but tomorrow looks to be sunny, with a high of 54°.

Good day to get that last drive in, wash it, change the oil and put the car to sleep until April.

I don't mind winter as much as I hate preparing for it. The finality feeling of parking the car and hooking it to life support (battery tender) for half a year is about as enjoyable as attending a funeral.

RIP my yellow friend. :seeya:

I'm probably going to hold off until the first of the year to park mine and tear into it again :takdir:

Install my trans/diff brace, I'm thinking coilovers and about changing a few other little things around :yesnod:

Sounds like mundane stuff....but those "little things" seems to be what always keeps us in suspense. ;)

I put mine away a couple weekends ago Tom. SPent the day cleaning my vette and the Wifes Redline Saturn Sky and took them to storage.
Only good thing out of it is i brought home the snowmobiles for my winter fun:takdir:

Will you be done in time for Waterside next year?

I hear you Tom. I need to do the same today. Might drive it to town to get the fuel treatment. Then change the oil, pull the battery, put the cover on and let it sleep. :(

Got big plans for next March. Getting the steering and brakes fixed, maybe an engine upgrade (some nice aluminum heads would be a nice touch, plus one can always use more horsepower).

Just about time.:(

It was 33 yesterday morning here and it taught me to be very moderate on the right pedal. I know know why Michelin tells us not to drive the V's under 30 degree weather. The car felt like it was on roller skates. I couldn't even put a little boost to it until around 65. :nono::nono:
