I find it humorous that Juneteenth falls on Father's day this year. The ethnicity with the least involved fathers of any race. Says a lot about the current state of affairs.

Dude, back in the early 80's my little bro drove for a limo business and this was a common issue that had to be dealt with after a run. White people were almost as frequently guilty with whatever gunk they had in their hair.

Even worse were the drunken vomit and jism messes from the people engaging in wanton acts of limo enhanced debauchery.

Not sure what's more insulting, this obviously insulting 'artwork' or that $7.2M in taxpayer funds has been siphoned off for similar projects.

Which real holiday did we lose? Juneteenth has been celebrated in Texas since 1980, mainly because it was the date the Union showed up in Galveston and announced all slaves were free. So, other states & the feds celebrating Juneteenth is cultural appropriation!
