Who are the youngest and oldest VB members?

It seems a lot of the VB members are of a "mature age" (physically if not intellectually ) Just wondering how many younger people are here.
I am 62

71. Spent last Tuesday in the hospital, kidney stone attack, I've never felt pain like that in my life, even my heart attack wasn't that bad. 3 mm in size, doc said it's small enough to pass, had to piss in a strainer every time so, Thanksgiving wasn't too pleasant. Finally passed Sunday.
Finally almost back to my old self, which ain't saying much.
Getting old is a bitch.

No CF bans for me though I got close a couple times during the "Dale Video" controversy. Posting instructions on how to block it was frowned on. I'm 66 and retired... NoMondays for me since mid 2015.

StaticCling 11-29-2018 8:58am

Aunt Myrtle was getting situated at the Assisted Living Facility when the nurses warned her about Old Ed, the horny old man in the apartment next to her.

Despite the warnings, Aunt Myrtle started talking to Old Ed, and through his persistence and charm, convinced Aunt Myrtle to do the deed.

As Aunt Myrtle was removing her clothing preparing for coitus, she says to Old Ed, "I have to warn you, I have Acute Angina" to which Old Ed responds, "Well I hope so, because the rest of you looks like shit"

Many kidney stones for me. First was 2001 at 40. Second was two weeks later. Good til 2011. Had five attacks from Feb til May. Then in May 2014 had one that was 7mm. Could not pass that. Had a Lithotripsy procedure instead of a retrieval. That's where they break it up.
If I have to get another procedure I will let them go in and retrieve it. Took nine days to pass the pieces. NINE. Nine long, very painful days. Avoided the retrieval because, well, I knew where they would be going in...

56 here. I've seen some things. Some of the fun ones more than once....even some of the unfun ones.

Kidney stones, I found out my body treats morphine as candy since it didn't do shit. Yet, Tramadol works and Lidocaine overloads my system and absolutely fukks me up.

I've had a few that I passed with extreme pain.

My brother had one so large they had to do surgery. Open up the kidney, blast it, then remove the pieces. The pieces would almost fill a small medicine bottle!

Kidney stones is when pain turns professional.

Brubie 12-05-2018 3:24pm

Ripe age of “69”.

Hope your feeling better Norm. Never had kidney stones but I’ve been “ stoned “.
