Canada paid $10M to a terrorist who killed an American soldier. I'm surprised they didn't throw 'Chelsea' a ticker tape parade.

I'm going to be optimistic, though, and hope this is an early sign of Canada seeing the light. Unvetted refugees? Illegal aliens? Terrorists? People who commit treason? Maybe Canada is finally deciding they don't need all that drama. I'm hopeful for you, Canada.
