1973 corvette
 

Need some help, please. I am looking at a 73 Corvette , 454 big block. It does not have an alum. manifold or water pump. My ? is did Chevrolet put cast iron or alum. on these motors? Car seems to be priced right with a newer paint, new interior, auto trans. 102,000 miles. Asking 23,000 but have him at 17,000. Input please.

I'm not saying Corvette questions should be asked in OT...but I understand. :D

as far as driving experience, there is
NOTHING like a nasty 427/454 vette.
i got a grumpy 461" in my '78....
