Nice job Norm. I accidentally used a dirty clay bar on my Z06 last summer and didn't notice until the car dried. Luckily the local detailer was able to fix it. I'm sticking with the new rubber "clay like" thing from Mother's.

I've used Liquid Clay as well as a "clay mitt". Both worked well, and there was no worry about dropping it on the floor.

Vette hasn't been washed since fall. Almost washed yesterday when it was 81 degrees after 18 degrees 7 days ago. Did drive to our long time Corvette Geezer get together with the top down last night.
Maybe a clay bar in a few weeks. Hey, it's got >100k miles. A bit of dirt/dust ain't gonna hurt it.

Yes, the decal edge grabbed the clay, so just went around them. Wasn't too bad, the owner was happy, turned out better than he expected.
