Own number of cool guns.
But never felt need to carry gun.
Few times week head into shit holes of Bay Area for great food. Oakland, and Mission ST San Francisco. After 40 years never had problem?
Seen thread where gun owners with ccw permit opened front doors homes with guns, very sad you need to move.
Why do you carry gun? Scared, or just because you can?

I've lived in the Chicago area all my life and I’ve gone to every single Danger Zone in Chicago. Doubt if I could carry a Gun even if I wanted to, therefore being smart is your best defense. Some can; some can’t, knowing where and when takes Brains, not Bullets. Therefore, if you want to test the waters, then you better be packing. Or you can choose to not put yourself into a situation of being a Victim and use some common sense. Those are my choices over carrying a Gun, since carrying a Gun isn’t a option; and I’m not sporting a Man Purse just go where I want to go.


Besides, there are way too many “want-to-be” bad asses who watched too many Clint Eastwood Movies while they were baby boys.
