Young guy, maybe 12 years old driving by on his bike and yelled at me "I love your Corvette". I guess I am still not use to getting such compliments from strangers, it never gets old hearing compliments. :D

I have had plenty of comments from the fairer sex. The funniest that I remember was when this great looking gal told me her and her husband were talking about trading places for a night. If I let her husband take the Vette for a night, I could have her for the night. I didn't think my wife would like that, I had to decline.

I remember when the Z was brand new & a car pulled up next to me. two guys were in the front a two gals in the back. the gal nearest me took her tongue & rolled it around on her chin while rolling her eyes. :lolsmile: that little move spoke volumes without ever saying a word. :D

Gotta love kids and Corvettes.
I took my 6 year old cousin for a ride with the top off, after I accelerated hard he said, "When I grow up I'm getting one of these and a motorcycle." I told him that was my plan also.

I have taken friends kids for rides, kids at cruise-in's I have let them get into the Vette to look around inside. Just doing my part part keeping the passion for Vettes alive.
